October / A meeting with SIL International personnel was held in Bangkok.

January / The third business meeting with the HGU Graduate School of Interpretation and Translation was held.
January / A Financial Workshop for ARILAC management occurred.
April / A meeting with SIL International was held in Dallas.
May / ARILAC signed an MOU (Memorandum of Understanding) with HGU in co-operation with SIL to establish the MLT (MA in Applied Linguistics and Translation) program under the Graduate School of Interpretation and Translation of HGU.
August / The first ARILAC board meeting was held in Seoul.

2006
January / The inauguration of the MLT program took place. Eleven MA students and three credit students enrolled at the first MLT program.

March / Seven MA students and four one-year credit students enrolled.
March / ARILAC House A construction completion ceremony was held.

2008
February / Ten out of the first eleven MLT students graduated from the Graduate School of Interpretation and Translation under the auspices of ARILAC.
March / For the first time three international students enrolled with full scholarships. Also seven Korean students enrolled in the MLT program, with seven one-year credit students also studying.
August / The 'Translation Academy' was held.
